I maintain a google spreadsheet online that tracks corporate settlements & fines and use the Wayback machine to back up my source links. Over the past 24 hours I have been occasionally having an issue, becoming more frequent over time, when I try to save a webpage that isn't already saved in the archive. Whenever I click the save button, it goes to the webpage & the box saying it is saving the webpage, then after instead of popping up with the box saying what the archived address is it instead goes to the page that pops up indicating there are no copies of the webpage saved in the archive and asking if you want to save it now. It will stay in this loop no matter what I've tried to do. It still does work properly for me some of the times I try to use it on other links, but this error is becoming more & more frequent. Any ideas?

I've got the same issue. For example http://web.archive.org/web/*/https://bitsofco.de/linting-html-using-css/
You can see there is 8 archived version of this web site.
For each version, I get "This url is not available on the live web or can not be archived.".

If I read HTTP headers of the response, I can see HTTP 502 Bad Gateway:
X-Archive-Wayback-Runtime-Error: LiveDocumentNotAvailableException: https://bitsofco.de/linting-html-using-css/: live document unavailable: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: internal_error

and sometimes:

X-Archive-Wayback-Runtime-Error: LiveDocumentNotAvailableException: http://bitsofco.de/linting-html-using-css/: live document unavailable: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Payload size does not match content-length!

Maybe it's related to the cryptographic protocol versions used by this website:
- TLS_AES_18_GCM_SHA256 128 bits TLSv1.3
- TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 with P-256 TLSv1.2
